Pink Floyd at Pompeii – MCMLXXII is the groundbreaking 1972 concert film directed by Adrian Maben, presented here on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray. Digitally remastered from the original 35mm footage, it features enhanced audio newly mixed by Steven Wilson, including Dolby Atmos (feature film only). Filmed in the ancient Roman Amphitheatre in Pompeii, Italy, it captures an intimate performance plus rare behind-the-scenes footage of the band beginning work on The Dark Side of the Moon at Abbey Road Studios.

I've owned it from video tape to standard dvd and now to 4k. My favorite live recording from any band. I own several live concert videos from many different groups, but nothing else compares.

Just like the ANIMALS ALBUM in Atmos, insanity perfect, no other music or band has the music for this sound...
I've heard so many different noises and vocals in different channels simultaneously...
I hope the work on making the WISH YOU WHERE HERE album in Atmos.....
