Pink Floyd at Pompeii – MCMLXXII is the groundbreaking 1972 concert film directed by Adrian Maben, presented here on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray. Digitally remastered from the original 35mm footage, it features enhanced audio newly mixed by Steven Wilson, including Dolby Atmos (feature film only). Filmed in the ancient Roman Amphitheatre in Pompeii, Italy, it captures an intimate performance plus rare behind-the-scenes footage of the band beginning work on The Dark Side of the Moon at Abbey Road Studios.

    Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii MCMLXXII 4K

    I love this video. I had purchased this video on Amazon but this was a digital file, not very good quality for video.

    The 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray was out of this world, I loved the video as it was a great 4K disc. Thanks for the Pink Floyd.

    Blew me away

    I previously had bought the Blu-ray when it was released and was amazed by the quality of the picture. So I honestly didn't expect to notice much of a difference, but I absolutely did. The work done on this project has been stellar and I have been impressed with everything from the IMAX showing to the vinyl pressing. I can tell those that brought this remaster to life cared a great deal and I am hoping for more to come (The Wall remaster especially). I also love the bootleg releases that have come out and am excited for what's coming. The team in charge of the Pink Floyd discography are absolutely killing it!
