Animals (2018 Remix) (Audio Blu-ray w/Dolby Atmos Mix)

Formally I really enjoyed the SACD versions in 5.1, but sometimes it was too bright sounding, aspecially when playing loud. This Atmos versions are done much better. Also when playing really loud the sound is stable and pleasantly to listen to.

In Atmos the skip the pressent of the center, which had a bigger role in the 5.1 SACD, as was clearly the case with the beginning of Money from The Dark Side of the Moon album , but the soundstage is better overall.

I really like Animals, but the SACD was much too bright to listen to, asspecially when you want to put the level of volume higher, which was not recommanded, but now I can listen to it at all volumes, just as I please.

I cannot wait till the do this with Maddle.

But,... the covers are cheaply done, and much less of quallity than the SACD book versions, although the Animals version is better done than that of The Dark Side of the Moon and Wish you were here cover is the least and shamefull.

The bookcavers of the SACD versions are so beautifully done, that I did not expect them to do this.

A real pitty, because it would have been the perfect finishing though at a roundup..

I should take off a star because of that, but the sound is too great to do so.
