Steven Wilson's stunning sound remix is beyond my expectations and quite the ear candy experience to behold. The CD's reveal immediate instrumental nuances never before heard. The concert presentation is very powerful and atmospherically deep, yet well-balanced and natural across the frequency spectrum, while providing a wide 3D soundstage presence (notably but not exclusively in 'Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun') keyboard atmospherics. The vocals along with every instrument are perfectly clear and balanced in the mix. I'm hearing this sound document like I never heard it before and it's an impressive revelation to my ears and emotions. This Pink Floyd At Pompeii recording has always been a favorite Pink Floyd music document for me and my 53 year long wait to hear it as it was meant to be heard is finally over! Well done Steve and team.

I've always loved Live at Pompeii and am very happy to finally have a proper CD release of the audio. The remix sounds excellent and stays true to the original sound (no major changes). Really happy with this purchase.
